For ready-to-go items, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days after payment.
As for our made-to-order Macrame & Smudge Sticks, please find processing information in the item section for specific details. We'll ensure to keep you informed about the estimated processing time for these personalized creations.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Tabs Arts Holistic Arts, our priority is to offer the best customer service possible while adhering to our conditions.
We do provide return options in the unfortunate event of damage during the shipping process (e.g., broken crystal, poor handling, etc).
Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds for made-to-order items, such as our macrame 'Seven Chakras' or any other customized products.
Kindly be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For any returns, please initiate the process within 30 days after purchase.
