How do I care for macrame items?
First, untangle the macrame ropes. Start by giving them a little shake, then use your hands as a brush, straightening the ropes downwards. Be careful not to tug or pull on the knots too much, as they might unravel. Dust off any dust with your hands when needed. By taking good care of your macrame, they will stay beautiful and last a long time!
Can I request custom-made macrame pieces?
Yes, we welcome custom orders! Please contact us with your specific requirements, and we will do our best to create a unique macrame piece tailored to your preferences.
How long does it take to complete an order?
The time required to complete a custom order depends on the complexity and size of the requested piece.
For macrame Seven Chakras and macrame wall pieces in general, we may ask for 7 to 14 business days for your macrame to be dispatched.
Once we receive your order details, we will provide an estimated completion time.
HOW DO I HANG OR DISPLAY MY MACRAME ART?
Our macrame items come with a loop, rope, or hook for easy hanging. You can hang them on a wall, from a ceiling, depending on the macrame style.
Hang your macrame using a nail, or if you can't drill your wall, we recommend the 3M Hooks from 3M brand (find them at Kmart, Bunnings, or online). They're rental friendly hooks.
Can I return or exchange a macrame item?
As each macrame item is meticulously handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
